Leo Wolfe (Professional Actor, Stage Director, Musical Director, Technical Director) is a vocal and acting coach extraordinaire. His students are attending major theatre programs at a variety of outstanding universities and conservatories throughout the United States and Europe. Leo's students have performed on TV, in lead roles in plays and musicals, and have won numerous acting competitions throughout the country. Leo appeared as "Augustin Magaldi" in the TheatreZone production of Evita starring Andrea McArdle this past season. Last season Leo appeared in Baby at TheatreZone and starred as "The Arbiter" in the acclaimed production of Chess. Other notable performances include "Claudio" in Washington Shakespeare's Co's Much Ado About Nothing; "Anthony" in Sweeney Todd; the "Wolf' in Into the Woods; appeared in Man of La Mancha, Durang, Durang!, Pippin, 70 Girl's 70, and Putting It Together. Some additional Regional Credits include roles in Hair and Jekyll & Hyde. A graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Leo was a featured vocal and piano soloist with the Glee Club, performing throughout the world for dignitaries including Pope John Paul II and President Bush. He sang with Bernadette Peters at President Clinton's second Inaugural Gala, and with opera star Dawn Upshaw on NBC's Christmas in Washington. He has gone onto achieve notable success as a stage director, as Artistic Director of Cultural Park Theatre in Cape Coral, and at Mimi's American Bistro in DC. Last spring he staged SW Florida Symnphony's acclaimed performance of Howard Blake's Benedictus. He currently works as Artistic Director and head acting instructor for Nabbie's, Inc. In Cape Coral, Florida. Leo is a proud member of The Actors' Equity Association and an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.
